The challenge
"Create a user-centered, efficient, and trustworthy experience for an international shipping service — balancing the needs of 10+ stakeholders and 32+ end users from diverse segments."
About Flybox
Flybox is one of the most important locker services in Colombia, backed by Deprisa/Avianca. It is linked to the Lifemiles loyalty program, making it a robust value proposition for users who want to receive international packages.

Research
The research phase involved diverse stakeholders and end-users — over 10 business-side stakeholders and more than 32 end users. These participants were strategically segmented based on detailed criteria derived from the brand's database, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of different user personas and their specific requirements.

UX Strategy
The UX strategy was designed to create a user-centered, efficient, and trustworthy experience. Key focus areas: emotional engagement, support, utility, personalization, and trust. The strategy ensures a cohesive and evolving digital experience that fosters long-term user loyalty.

User Journey Map
We meticulously charted the user's interactions with the product, capturing experiences, emotions, and pain points. This involved identifying key touchpoints and moments of truth from the user's perspective. By visualizing the entire user journey, we gained valuable insights into user behavior and motivations.

Information Architecture & IxD
We structured and organized content to ensure intuitive navigation — categorizing information, defining hierarchies, and creating a clear, logical layout. In the IxD phase, we defined how users interact with the product, designing interactive elements and ensuring smooth navigation prioritizing usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Design System & UI
The design system served as a single source of truth, fostering collaboration and efficiency while maintaining a unified user experience. The UI design phase transformed research insights into a visually appealing interface — detailed wireframes and prototypes reflecting the established information architecture and user journey.
